Inquiry to Cash (ITC or I2C) process refers to the end to end process of Sales and Distribution, starting from receiving Customer Inquiry, followed by Sales Order, Delivery, Transport, Billing, Receivables going upto receipt of Cash from the customer. This discussion was scheduled yesterday, 26th MArch, but students preferred to watch India-Australia semi final match.
